Description: BIRYANI RECIPEIngredients:1 kg Rice1 kg Mutton10 gms Cardamom10 gms Cinnamon10 gms c*mminseed10 gms Cloves40 gms Ginger20 gms Garlic100 gms Green Chillies50 gms Fried Onion1 bunch Coriander Leaves1bunch Pudina2 Lemon1/4 Curd1/4 kg GheeHow to make meat biryani:Wash mutton and take it in avessel.Grind green chillies, ginger,garlic, spices, fried onion, andmix them all, then add thismixture to the meat.Then add curd to it, mix thestuff thoroughly. Leave thematerial for half an hour.Take 2 litres of water in avessel and put it on the stove.When water boils well put therice in the vessel. Take out thesemi-cooked rice and spread iton the meat and spicesmixture as a layer. Take somemore rice and spread assecond layer. Finally, spreadthe fully cooked rice.Prepare a mixture of one cupof boiled water and 1/4 kgghee and spill it on the rice.Now put a plate on the vesseland seal the edges withdough. Put the vessel on thestove, cook for 15 minutes onmedium flame.Then turn off the stove. Leavethe stuff for 15 minutes.Hyderabadi mutton biryani isready to serve.
